ive been trying forever. How many times did you apply?

I applied once about a month ago and forgot about it. Today I got an invitation. I'm not sure if it's because of my advertiser account where I spend quite a bit per month or because I have one content rich white hat site.

actually I just looked into it more, yes I got accepted because of a content rich white hat site from my application earlier. This site barely gets any visits (5 a day max), but it has boatload of content (about 40 pages).

So create a site that "looks" like very informative white hat site (e.g. scrape shitload of content). Get like 40 pages going, nice navigation, design, etc

i applied before with a whitehat forum and blog that has about 500 posts and got denied. Maybe they are looking for certain topics.

Is there any hope for non-US residents to get an account yet? I guess I could sign up with a fake US adress but billing adress would be a problem.
