XSitePro - Can someone please suggest an alternative

There is Artisteer, which can create themes for all the popular CMS's including Wordpress, or standalone static HTML sites. But I can tell you from personal experience using it, the sites it generates tend to look very cookie cutter unless you really customize them a lot. Also the software is very sluggish.
If you are looking for something to create Wordpress themes, I would suggest looking into some of the Wordpress commercial "framework" type themes, such as Headway or Thesis or Pagelines.

I love this web IDE... WeBuilder
It's simple, fast, portable, and has handled everything I've throw at it.
A small firm in Latvia makes it and they listen to feature requests and update the software regularly with a major version update every year.
The 2015 version just released has the best & most current point&click CSS code inspector & generator and now you can import almost any JS or PHP framework.
