Just found this site =
HTML:
TheHostingChart.com
notice the "www-" instead of "www." did a google search as well for "the hosting chart" and same thing in the results.

Whats up with that?

Domain looks like This = www-TheHostingChart

Is this outting?

??? was doing some background research on a guy that claims he made 12+ million online and this is a possible site he owns, not 100% sure but this might be a site that sold on ebay for $350K+ in the past.
This is the guy looking up his background =

Trying to understand whats up with such domains, didn't know you could rgister domains this way.

you do realize hyphens are allowed in domain names, right?

If anyone wants to take advantage of this, register com-index.pl

Suddenly you are google.com-index.pl, wickedfire.com-index.pl and makemoniesonline.com-index.pl all at the same time.

I got many domains myself, I actually thought this was before the domain and that it replaced "www." somehow.

Got a friendly pm explaining to me this was redirection of some kind.
I don't do many redirects so I couldn't see why someone would use "www-" in the domain besides on the google search result it looks like it is actually before the domain.

A bit confused + need to learn more on redirections.

I have several www-domains.com they used to work great on msn/bing about 8 years ago... those days are long gone, but I still keep them. Not worth doing anymore.

Not recognizing someone simply being clever with a hyphenated domain is troubling, but I think your main problem lies here:
