why is it that you can't provide the script in a downloadable format, along with some installation instructions?

maybe i'm missing something here, but i highly doubt it.
 
it's not my script. i just bought this script for $149 with no resell rights and if you dont want to give me your password, just buy a new domain then i will install it for you.
