[WTS] site making consistent adsense revenue

sounds interesting. PM me with full site details, traffic and revenue details please.
 
Has anyone dealt with this member before? I have made an agreement with him to purchase cvtemplate.net for $800 usd. I sent him payment 7 days ago, and thus far have not seen anything. He has told me that his mother had a stroke and he is taking care of her.

I've been very generous with this whole thing because it's from wickedfire, and he has 100% itrade. But after 7 days and no refund or hint of receiving the site...it's hard not to wonder whats going on.

I see a fair number of others responded to his initial post. Has anyone else arranged to make purchases from him?
