I had a somewhat tricky project i needed converted to a working wp theme so i thought i'd see what sam could come up with and i have to say he's more than worth the small price he's charging for psd->Xhtml and psd->wp conversions.. He even came up with solutions for various parts of the theme that had been problems in a previous attempt at converting it to a wordpress theme.. I recommend Sam for anyone needing design/coding work done..esp if it involves wp.

Are you okay with option pages ?
Would you be okay to build a new clean theme from "scratch". I mean, I have a theme I'd need to be done and it doesn't need any real design skills, mostly WP integration skills.
This would be a really simple Wordpress but with a few options (custom header, a contact page where the email could be changed in the theme options).
