Been trying to sell this site for a while... in doing so I've put extra work into it and the revenue continues to climb. Retention is also incredible on the site. The site has higher retention than it has initial sales!

The site is based off user-uploaded amateur content. All content is pre-screened to make sure it is not copyrighted by a porn company. It's all amateur/ex-gf/homemade content.
The site is a PAYSITE. Free visitors get limited viewing options, and paid users get unlimited viewing options.
The site gets between 2500 - 2900 uniques daily. The breakdown is as follows:
40% SE
40% Direct/Type in
20% Referred sites
The traffic is extremely rich, mainly organic, and that is how a good amount of sales/revenue is generated from such a small amount of traffic.
Also, server costs are low due to this: 150$/month server will suffice. Only other expenses: 60$/week virtual assistant + CCBill billing processing fees.
This site is perfect for someone that either doesn't want to do much work and just have their virtual assistant do it, or someone that doesn't know how to do it, and just have their virtual assistant do it.
The virtual assistant can handle 90% of the site tasks, and it will take you only a couple hours a week of your own work to maintain the site. You'll take in a high amount of revenue and have to pay hardly any expenses.
This site is NOT perfect for narrowminded clowns that think in terms of numbers, and think a site needs to have a high amount of traffic = high bandwidth costs in order to make money.
All site stats and information will be verified upon money being transferred into escrow. For people that don't understand what this means, it does NOT mean that you have to send me the money!!!! It means you prove you are serious about a site purchase, and put money into ESCROW, which you can easily get back provided you do not want to purchase the site.
Once money has been put into escrow, a CCBill webmaster admin account will be created so that you can login and verify the revenue stats on CCBill. A google analytics account will also be created so that you can verify the traffic stats.
I would strongly suggest that you don't rely on sites like alexa/etc to get your traffic stats. It's actually really amusing to me the amount of clowns that think these sites give you an accurate depiction of a site's statistics... it's a very broad guess at best.
