Selling off one of my websites in order to pay off some debt and get some upfront funding for a new mainstream project I'm deploying

Niche: Amateur Teen / YouTube Style
Script: Heavily modified version of Clipshare (1700$ worth of high conversion helping mods)

Revenue: 4.6K month and rising
Expenses: 100-300$/month. Low hosting costs, low advertisement costs

Main source of income: premium memberships through CCBill

Billing processor: CCBill

Mainly Google SE Traffic and Type Ins

105k registered/free members and counting
Couple hundred premium members

Site contains a steady/heavy stream of new signup and recurring membership revenue. Site also contains LOTS of potential for improvement and increased revenue. Only 2k uniques for that revenue. More SEO could go into the site. Site hardly has any backlinks and performs that well.

I don't use affiliates so it doesn't track affiliate clicks, it only tracks form hits

But the site averages about 2k/day uniques

Tell me _exactly_ what stat you're looking for from CCBill and I'll see if I can get it
 
Not getting serious enough offers - have decided to just keep the site.
