[WTH] ::: Sony PSP Landing Page Designer.

Hey everyone.

I'm starting up a new site and I'm looking for a landing page designer. I was looking for someone to design something like this, except there won't be any kind of drop down or e-mail input box. There'll simply be a button where the visitor will click to go to the offer.

The landing page will be PlayStation Portable orientated.

I'll be honest, I'm really low on funds right now and the most I'll be able to offer for something like this is $25-30. Again, I'm just looking for something as the link posted, except it'll be for a PSP. It should also be SEO friendly.
