WTF is going on here? Is google f'ing crazy?

Ok so I just loaded up a new campain on google adwords, in the adwords tool it says i can reach 1-3 for .08 for most of my keywords...

I add them to campain...and google tells me i have to pay anywhre from .50 - 2 bucks for certain ones...I dont fucking getting it! My QS is 7/10 on all of them. The only think is I just loaded them...will the price go down or was the tool just fuckig with me?

The adwords tool is almost always inaccurate.

Plus, you should always start your bids high - that way your CTR will be higher, and you can lower it a few cents/day and still keep traffic coming. It's more expensive, especially right off the bat, but will keep your costs lower in the long run.
