WTB: ISP/GI Email accounts! Not Data!

I'm looking for GI/ISP/Broadband email accounts, Username and password. I will pay someone who is with any providers to make me a account or let me use 2 from each domain. Cox/Comcast/SBCGlobal/RR.com/ATT/Verizon/Charter/Aldelphi and any others. I am not looking for AOL/Aim/Hotmail/Live/Msn/Gmail/Yahoo accounts.
 


Just to confirm I am not sending mail/spam from these accounts of creating any heat. I need them for testing purposes...
