I need a good designer to finish off this design for me. I need better icons, I want a water splash behind the main part of the page, and I need some tweaks to make it just a tiny bit more "funky".
Its in a very structured and labeled PSD.
Show me your work and what you woudl charge I would love to only pay about $25 for this.... as most of it is done and I only want a few tweaks.
