WritersWithHats.com- assuming it comes as-is without anything service related (writers, VAs, etc.), what do you think it's worth? Might consider selling it, I got an IT job a few months ago and haven't tended to any of my sites in a while, figure I might as well sell some off.

Hard to say. Looks to have 30ish or so unique articles on it, and seems to rank well for some seo writing and newspaper writing terms.

I'd post it up on some writer's forum or one of the writer's groups on LinkedIn and price it based on the potential leads they might get from the existing traffic. Buyer's market right now on websites though.
