Wrapping sentence length

When my outsourcee sends out emails, I want the text wrapped just like the Wrap Long Lines button does in my aWeber account.

Are there any free online tools that can do this? i.e. they just past in the email and it will wrap and then copy and past into Outlook.

If you know even just a basic bit of php, use the wordwrap function (make a form, when submitted wordwrap it...)
