Something like this already exist? Perhaps a retrofit of an existing tool that I overlooked would be pretty easy?

Searched around a bit and didn't see much.

that's a lawsuit waiting to happen but...

wouldn't be too hard to automate. I would imagine most things broke when they launched the revamped interface, but you could probably pull it off with cURL, watir, imacros, etc.

If you want scheduling, rig up a cron job to a curl scraper and do posting by email.

Just hit up oDesk and drop $200 to get it made. That site has some pretty good scrapers. (Also some shitty ones)
