Where can I find QUALITY Wordpress Designers????

I've worked with elance and scriptlance, and I can't seem to find someone that I consistently like.

Is there another source I should consider?
 


Why dont you just use some premium themes and hack them up a bit?

Some are very flexible and have some great widgets like Thesis or Studiopress.
 
Good point.

But the layout never looks as good as I'd like when I play around.

It's not my skill.... I find when I start in on a design or layout that a day or two can disappear.
 
Both sites are freelancer sites. Freelancers are the staff who works from home.
I suggest to hire a Staff leasing company instead of a freelancer. because leased staff are permanent workers of a company and are easy to reach in case you need them. Freelancers do not have employers so they do as they please and sometimes cannot be contacted for various reasons.
