WP category page not showing all posts

When I go to my category page products/craftsman it only shows 10 posts. I know I have at least 30-40. How do I make it say Next Page or something like that at the bottom to show more and all of the remaining posts? My settings for "Blog pages show at most" is set to 10 as I only want to show 10 per page. But I do still want the user to be able to click to view older posts. How do I do that?
