Wordpress Tags Formatting - Strange Text Add-ons

Hey I'm setting some redirections to url which is the content of each post but it doesn't work because Wordpress add infront and behind of text(the_content tags) <p> tags and ofcourse then url is not good in the adress box

anyone with solution?
