Ok, I've been messing around with Wordpress for awhile now and I'm wondering is there a way to import Categories? I want city/state .. If so does anyone know where I can find a list of all city/states so I can import them to wordpress.

Goto - WordPress › Category Import « WordPress Plugins
Install and Activate - Look for Category Import under your menu!
Copy and paste the names of your categories in one the form of one category per line and you're all done.
You can also create sub categories by adding a trailing slash to the category names
For example -
