WordPress plugin... I need help finding one..

Does anyone know where i can find a plugin that will display an image under its own sidebar category, that i can rotate?? More precisely something that will display a webcam image???

I cannot find one...

the image is hotlinked, but i assure you i found it via a google image search...sorry if it has been posted before...

Did you try NextGen gallery? it's on the front page of wordpress.org/extend/plugins
