I am currently using Twenty Eleven.

I need a better theme... can anyone recommend?

We are presenting a radio show as mp3 audio and video of the show as well from Youtube... so mp3 streaming, youtube playback, jpg and text.

The site should have the look and feel of a radio/tv station presentation.

If you don't know much about customizing (like me), buy the genesis framework. Programmers and developers will tell you to learn do do the shit yourself, but I personally like using a paid framework, and Genesis is really cheap.

You can buy the framework and get the basic (genesis) theme to customize, or you can buy the framework and a theme that suits your needs for $79. Basic with genesis theme is $60. You don't have to fuck around with encrypted footers and dirty code either, which is well worth the initial price.

The UI is also really easy to work with compared to the limited (if any) that free themes offer.
 
I need another type of WP assistance to help fix problems with this error output when I try to save a document:

"Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/profit/public_html/wp-includes/general-template.php:2099) in /home/profit/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 881"

The site's amost crippled because of it and I don't how to fix it. After doing a search, I saw that extra characters before and after the config file php could cause this. After checking it looked okay to me.

Does anybody have an idea?

As for the theme the OP asked about, CBS NY is using WP VIP for their official website, but I don't know the name of the theme. http://newyork.cbslocal.com/

Maybe it's a blank space? Try to switch some plugins off and on, see if you can find the culprit, if that doesn't work replace wordpress installation with a fresh one and it should work.

Agreed. Genesis Framework is worth the money. Custom themes and the right plugins add significant value to your site.
 
If you are still able to add plugins, try adding adminer and run the repair option to see if it is something corrupted in the MySQL database. I use XCloner to do backups of the site. I'd recommend that you backup regularly and before updates and major changes so you can always have a way back (restore)... better than trying to overlay the WP installation and keeping your fingers crossed.

If you steel face problem in wordpress, then I'll suggest you to find a freelancer from various freelancer company like odesk, elance or freelancer. There you can make the site by low cost. Customizing a theme is very important. So if you don't know how to customize a theme, then you should hire a freelancer who can help you.
