Job Description I am building a wp site for my professional poker sponsorship.
I need an area that allows sponsors to post their individual investment in a particular poker tournament. The investor will need to send the money via paypal or equivalent. Investor/sponsor Posts should be allowed until the tournament is full. The tournament results and corresponding return on investment (ROI) should then be shown. The following simple example allows for between 1 - 10 individual investors.
Example:
The following tournament listings details would be entered by the site administrator (Us):
Tournament Cyprus Merit Classic (this will change with each tournament)
Date 10/01/2012 (this will change with each tournament)
Buy in $1,000 (this will change with every tournament)
% of prize pool available 50% (this could vary from 10% upto 90%)
Minimum investment $100 = 5% return on investment(available return on winnings)
Maximum investment $1,000 = 50% return on investment (this could be up to $1m)
The investor now makes their selection:
Investment $
Confirms they agree to the terms and conditions
Makes the payment via PayPal
The investor now receives:
Details of the poker sponsorship investment including:
Tournament Details
Financial Details
Next the result for the tournament can be posted by the administrator and emailed to the investor showing the result and corresponding return on investment ROI.
Example:
If 1 investor took up the offer for $1000 and is entitled to 50% of the prize fund.
Fininshing position 4th
Total win of $10,000.
Investor return $1000 (initial entry fee) + 50% of $9000 ($4,500) = $5,500
