Will adsense Still Pay?

I have a few sites that run some copyrighted videos on them that bring me in some decent adsense cash every month and recently one of the sites got banned, not my account just one of the sites. I dont really care cause I dont even use adsense anymore but I am curious.... if they ban all of my sites, or even my account will I still get paid for the income I have generated for that month?

I know they won't pay if the violation is click fraud, but the violation I would be getting banned for is violating the part of their T&C for copyrighted material.

Fortunately I haven't experienced a ban, but nearly every account I've read includes the fact that G keeps the monies. This is when the whole account gets banned, so I'm not sure about sites. It's my guess, though, that if you are getting multiple sites dropped, account bannage isn't far away.

you will receive your payment cheque if you account is not banned, there is no problem if your site is banned.

Speaking of bans.....

They keep the money. Haven't heard of any different experience.

Basically, their view is that you never deserved that money, just like getting banned for click fraud.
