Wickefire is not able to send password reset link to AOL

One of my friend here Your_Pal is not able to login to his account the reason is Wickefire is not able to send password reset link to AOL.

He keeps sending lots of requests but still never got an email in AOL inbox from wickefire to reset password.

Any help for this issue? He keeps buzzing me on skype as he can't login to his account. Where are you mods?

Hmmm, You sure that the email is right? Maybe different email was used. Or the password has been reset.
