Wickedfire Signature Link Requirements?

I have read through the forum rules and changes to rules and regulations thread. I see them mention that links within signatures are OK as long as you follow their guidelines. It appears that BB URL Code is disabled in my signature options still after being a member for a while now. Is there a required post count or something I have not yet met, or are signature links no longer allowed for new members? Thank you in advance everyone.

Ha, knew I should've linked that thread to show that it is what I already read through.

5- Signatures. You may post affiliate links, and banners if you like. Don't make it too excessive and annoying. No audio allowed.

Still no explanation on requirements that I can see. I apologize if it's user error.

I see that he states "Until you are an established member"
So I guess that is the problem. I assumed almost 1 year would be a long enough membership but I have obviously fallen short in other limits (post count, contribution).
