These are so fake. How to find out? The product will work BUT when you try to register it (not activate - register) it will let you know.

I doubt this guy in Japan has an account with Ingram (who distributes MS products) and since I DO, I know how much they cost and the profit margin is VERY SMALL. You would lost your @$$ selling these on eBay from Ingram!

rosetta stone dosent even allow their own buyers to resell their software, let alone some guy in japan hocking them at 20% percent retail with an ecommerce script slapped on a .org domain

you might be able to scam a few idiots from wafo like I see you doing, but this place is a different story

thats the joke

Dude... its Amazon. If WalMart wanted to sell Rosetta Stone I'm sure they'd have no problem.

I'm sure Amazon just has distribution rights. I'm sure RS hired Amazon to do fulfillment.

I don't know tsneds site in detail so can't comment on his website, but there exist tons of similar looking/themed sites dealing warez/cracked trying to pretend it's oem/wholesale/whatever. (I have a special interest in such sites as many of them sell my software. But hard to successfully get them closed and shut down. The time it takes get one closed, 5 new starts)
