Who was that guy who reputation-managed the shit out of his top10 results?

A while back there was word going around here on some guy, who dominated his top10 google results for his name. It was quite impressive stuff, as he apparently had faced spam allegations and some big news sites had carried the negative stuff. Never the less he managed to clean up the Top10 results. I just can't remember the name. I think he came from somewhere in FL. Any ideas whom I'm talking about?
