(Proxyhub or Profit Addiction) facebook marketing, these guys seem really bright and know their shit. Although I don't know them personally I'd be interested in hearing them speak.

Haha. Good point and ordinarily I'd agree but I'm fairly sure that the majority of people mentioned thus far are probably doing pretty well for themselves.
