Who are the best designers of vBulletin skins right now?

I want my weight loss site redesigned for a fresher web2.0ish look.
The priority would be usability.

Yep, that's my site. He does JUST the design, though he may have someone he can work with to get the whole job done. I would imagine that most people need a one stop shop... Tell him I sent ya - maybe he will come up with something.
