Who all is going to Vegas

This will my first time there.

Where is the best place to stay, people to meet, and things to do for a first timer?

I'd like to meet everyone from WF that is going...

i'm on the fence right now...if i go i'll probably stay at the Rio since it will be convenient

In general the best places to stay are Caesars or Mandalay Bay... anywhere on the strip is fine really. But for ASW it's probably best to stay at the Rio since that's where the event is. The Rio is off the strip so it'll be a pain in the ass to cab it every time you want to meet up with people or to attend a presentation.

I'll be at the Rio.

Yeah, you definitely want to stay at the host hotel. I made the mistake of staying at different places for both ASE and Adtech and even though the hotel in Miami was only 3 blocks away, it was still a pain having to go back and forth ..

I'd encourage anybody planning to stay at the Rio to book ASAP. The block of rooms for ASW is pretty low.

Saturday already sold out and we managed to get some more space, but that's about gone, too.

The Palms is right across the street from the Rio, so pretty convenient too. It's a fun hotel.
