Does anyone know of affiliate companies that offer white labels for earners under $10k a month? Most of the time they don't offer any integration of websites if you don't make a set amount of revenue which seems to be in the ridiculous numbers amount. Azoogle offers it but my affiliate manager is telling me that I would have to consistantly generate over $50k a month to be accepted. I've found a few offers with some networks that only require you to send some flags to the offer to remove all content around the landing page, which is basically the only thing one would need.

The only company that I know of right now that does it quite routinely is CJ but I've had some bad experience with them. Azoogle only allows customers that do substantial monthly numbers to do it. Basically, what I need to do is figure out how to better integrate offers with MY page without iframing an ad that isn't even closely related. Any thoughts?
