Which networks accept mostly CPV traffic?

Most networks accept it, you just need to clear it with them first. It also depends on the offer.

It's more up to the advertisers that the networks are working with than the networks themselves. What kind of offers are you looking to promote in this fashion? A gaming or dating offer would have a higher likelihood of being approved for CPV than say an EDU or financial offer.

We do but depends on the volume. There's enough cpv traffic out there to take down any server solution that does a lot of processing and isn't serving static content. But smaller targeted campaigns are no problem at all.
