Which eBook maker/generator/builder do you recommend?

I'm looking at ebookstarter at the moment.

ebook maker? Ummmm.... cant you export to pdf from Microsoft Word (im a mac guy)? ...and if Microsoft Word is that gay... you could always use OpenOffice (open source Microsoft Word)

You can make pdf's with any doc file through open office. If you must have a exe file just do a google search for html 2 exe.

However I'm starting to feel the digital point in the room

Found this one in the Sell/Buy/Trade section
I don't know if it's any good or not, I'm not into ebooks. Seller seems to have some good iTrader and reviews though
