Where to sell education leads?

For online degrees and so on. Who lets you host the form yourself and post it to them? Or at least lets you pre-pop a few fields?

I see leadpile has education but the payouts are kinda low. There was an offer at Azoogle a long time ago, but it's gone now. And I know elearners lets you iframe the first page of the form, but that's it.

Any suggestions?

Search4Clicks and eLearners. Neither of which are easy to get approved for, but they have $20+ leads for online schools and put every other network to shame in the EDU space.

I know a bunch of sources you can sell EDU leads for. Most of them have monthly caps and determine based on quality.

Some offers also accept host+post right onto their offer from the landing page.
