Are there any good free databases out there?

Are there any good cheap databases out there?

I am looking for UK city/Zip, US Golf Courses and Game Cheats.

I would love to find a Game Cheats database that gets regular updates. I've found several DB's, but none that received regular updates with new cheats.

there's a section of UK stuff there. Cheats are somewhere there too - don't know how often they get updated (it at all).
