Where do I learn Wordpress?

Lots of videos seem to be on this, I'm trying to learn WP with a limited attention span already lol. Do you guys know of any value-packed WP tutorial vids?

I'm trying to customize it to have pages and sub-pages with download links for software, and overall make it look pretty =)

I got the email this morning, I don't know what I'm going to do. Do you have a backup plan? All 200 of my sites are on WP.

Nice, but Drupal doesn't work in most zip codes.
