I have a client right now that wants me to find him a website template that looks very similar to Collegehumor.com. So my question is what is on my title. Where can I find a template just like Collegehumor?
*They also don't want to spend a fortune either.

Do you mean a template? Or a content management system?

Templates like that can easily be found at Template Monster.

I've asked the same question a few years ago because I was interested in their module. Their website's not cheap, it's in the 5 figure range for starters.
