When do you ditch an ISP or their tech support?

How is this for a doozy... I was working on a website of mine today at a mates place... got home and I cannot see it... I know it is a dns issue with the ISP but after 1.5 hours of getting no where with these wankers at TPG I am still suffering the inability to see my site...

Whats your opinions? Do I ditch them and go elsewhere or do I stick with them and hope to god one of them wake up to the fact I am giving them the answer....
 


Pm me your site url if you want, I can tell you if it shows up for me or not. I'm with TPG aswell and still having problems with them although I will say things have improved a little bit, still can't get onto certain sites though.

My advice though, if you aren't under contract: fuck em off.
