Xrumer is back-link automation software from botmasternet.com Using it without knowing what you are doing can damage your SERP, because it basically spams the comments of hundreds/thousands of sites. Hence the 'services', offered by people who feel they know how to use it safely.
I don't quite understand how someone who has been snapping up review offers on here couldn't have found that out by using the googles or forum search? For example

No, I do not recommend you use it. Unless that is you want to be another wanna be another fly by night SEO who makes no money because you use spam techniques to rank.
Build a few good websites with SEO in mind in a particular niche that you can make money in for 1-3 years. By then, you may have an intellectual property that you can live off and may someday retire off of.

But what if you're in a highly competitive niche such as pharma, casino, adult? Sometimes black SEO is the only way to beat competitors that have tens of thousands of backlinks and a 10 year-old domain. Of course the site will banned in a few weeks, but you can make another one.
Why, because you are really familiar with it and know how to use it yourself?
Moe, hundreds of professional SEOs on this forum use XRumer to rank and make a lot of money. It certainly isn't a tool for newbies and can be used improperly which can lead to negative consequences, but that isn't a reason for you to fear monger and spread bullshit to people looking for clear answers as they start their journey in IM.
@ Newbie Forum, XRumer is expensive to run and has a very high learning curve. It is a very advanced tool that becomes useful when you have mastered the basic fundamentals of SEO and are able to build sites, index, rank and monetize them. Only when you know what you're doing does it make sense rolling XRumer into your routine.
So you mean that Xrumer can also lead to negative consequences if not used properly? Does it mean that We can destroy a ranking as well as create it?
