I know it sounds like a stupid question but im trying to find out what the benefits are. I posted a thread a while back that gave me some great ideas and I have already found hosting (hostgator) and I figured I would use WP for my LPs and the fact that I get unlimited domains I can make quite a few. I plan on maybe using one of the sites to maybe market some original content and another to market something else.

As I was surfing the net and brainstorming for ideas I found a few places that you can sign up to to promote their offer and earn a good amount of money. For instance Poker Stars has a great affiliate program and I know a few people that love to gamble that know a few people that love to gamble. Also, I know how to market offline so I can get the traffic. When I say network im talkin like Clickbank etc. Can't you just find websites like Poker Stars and run with it?

Hopefully my question wasn't lost or maybe even answered in the rambling but to compensate, boobs!!

Thanks for the help.

Please post boobs that are not covered up by a shirt.

Networks pay you your commissions before the advertiser pays the network This means that the network is taking all of the risk in case the advertiser fucks up and doesn't pay (see these three threads).

First of all, Affiliates and Merchants don't always need networks. If you're Amazon, you can attract millions of Affiliates because you're huge and everyone knows you. Networks add value by:
- Aggregation - bringing together 1000s of Affiliates and Merchants, so lowering the cost of acquisition for both sides
- Handling payments
- General administraion - Infrastructure shared by 1000s of Affiliates & Merchants so it's much easier and cheaper for Merchants to use rather than build themselves
