Whats the deal with name cheap.

They seem to have this fucking xml error search or some sort of error every third time when you search for a domain.
Anyone see this shit, ?

The backend of namecheap is a little buggy lately. Ticks me off.

Try again later. They seem to fix it for a while.

I hope they dont pull a "network solutions register your domains crap". It seems registrars this days are getting more and more hungry and desperate for business.

I have that sometimes with NC in Firefox but it goes away when I switch over to IE.

that's normal, it's the way the namecheap control panel works... other then that, they are reliable.

I have quite a few domains with namecheap so when i phoned them up a few days ago they said "There is currently some routine maintainance work going on behind the scenes to make the customer experience better and more user friendly" blah blah blah...

so hopefully it should get better.. Ive always used namecheap and found them to be very reliable.... very good dynamic dns system

Yes, couldnt register any .co.uk names on namecheap yesterday due to some sort of system error had to use 123Reg but got a better deal through that despite the rubbish control panel on 123Reg

I've used 123Reg in the past for domain registration. I, personally, don't like them at all. But I have to admit they do have good prices sometimes.
