Something I've been thinking about lately is why I got into this business in the first place and what I'd do once my campaigns become profitable.

Something I'm curious to learn more is when an internet marketer is making, say, $1000/day in profit (or more), and if it's more than enough to meet their monthly living expenses... what exactly do they do with the rest of the money they earn?

Do they create other campaigns?... do they invest in other businesses?... do they invest in real estate? What do they do with their earnings.

I can definitely understand it takes quite a bit of time and practice before you start making real big profits in online marketing. And my thought process is when I make $X of dollars in profit a month I can take what's left over and invest it in something like real estate, or another business.

I'm wondering, is this a pipe dream or are other internet marketers doing this? You never heard what to do once you've made money, how do you keep it and how do you invest it to further perpetuate your wealth.

Would love to hear insights from internet marketers who can provide insights on this.

Usually whenever this happens for me, I get startled and wake up from my daydream, then go back to working the fries at BK.

Duplicate the success and make more monies until my banks tell me that they can't hold any more money in my accounts.

I had a month like this last month, $7, I just didnt know what to do with my newfound wealth!! I still don't so any advice would be great (only from serious people making this kind of money though, no pretenders!)

Invest in translators. And editors for the translators.

World domination ain't gonna happen in just one language.

It depends among every individuals .I have a 6 figure target in the IM world and that will be invested on an offline business , i.e will try to succeed in offline business after succeeding in online marketing :)

Why did you get into this business? Your answer to this will determine what YOU should be doing, not the advice we give you based on our own reasons.

IF thats enough? Are you joking? That's $30k a month, which is more than some people make in a year.

So here are some realizations I came to once I made some coin.

Nothing lasts forever. Campaigns die, traffic sources die, offers die, LPs and banners die, etc.

Based on that, you need to keep evolving. Either with your campaigns in IM or with what you spend your time in to make money.

Personally, I got into this game to earn a passive income for my life. Chasing affiliate campaigns ON YOUR OWN will not let me achieve this as I will be working by myself to always keep up.

My options are to hire people to take this over and be their boss ( which doesn't sound all that passive to me if I need to manage them, hire them, fire them, train them, monitor them and do all the upkeep and overhead ) or take my profits and put them in other places like Real Estate, Investments, etc.

When it came down to it, the most passive thing I could do was have my money make money.

That's my story.. but your mileage may vary.
