- I'm #1 on Google and Bing for a few keywords directly relating to the offer

Moving forward:

1. Which 2nd tier ad networks perform well?
2. Do PPV networks work well? I've had no success thus far.
3. Do you promote your offers in articles? How well do they perform?
4. What are other methods of promotion that work well?

Maybe I'm asking for too much information but any insight would be helpful. I guess you can say I need to take my promotional methods to the next level and I'm having trouble establishing where to go.
