Although Estibot is a very usefull tool, the keyword here is tool. Estibot themself says "IMPORTANT: Do not make a purchase or sale decision based on this appraisal"
But as a tool and to see the statistic, it is a very good and usefull one.
Im not saying that the domain might not be that much worth. Domain value are very subjectiv, so one persons appraise and opinion is as much right as the other persons appraise and opinion.
