What would you want in an Affiliate Network?

I'm trying to decide where to start with some affiliate marketing, but I'm curious what to look for. Say there's an affiliate network with no reviews - what features would impress you, and make you want to give it a try? (assuming their internals are good - they pay on time, have lots of offers, don't shave) Would you care if the offered Bitcoin? Is promised 24/7 support worth it? Should I care about if they have a loyalty program?

Not the only thing you should worry about.

Having AMs that actually get back to their publishers in a timely manner. I HATE it when I can't get a reply from an AM.

fuck high payouts how bout some fucking communication?

ive got an ass ton of money on the line and cant get a response from anyone at multiple agencies!

guess ill just have to start a thread and out like everyone else so i can get paid.

I like it when the network owner's first and last name begin with the same letter.

listen to your affiliates and refuse to work with bad advertisers - i get scrubbed raw which is not written anywhere in any TOS. I know usually its the advertiser.

Exclusive offers - I mean true exclusive. Only your network has the offer, and you aren't giving it to anyone else.

High payouts - top of the industry.

Use Google! Research this network you speak of that has no reviews. If anyone has worked with them, you should be able to find out that way if it's worth working with them. If this is a brand new network that nobody has any experience with, I wouldn't say you'll definitely get burned, but proceed with some caution until you've built a relationship with them.

This post brought to you by Steve Sauve, owner of MaxBounty. :)

only reviews of the website will encourage me to look into that....seriously i don't want to be without paid for the work i have done..:)

I don't get how people can say "A is the most important" or "B is the most important"..

Research networks and see which provides all of the desired traits.

Highest payouts for a large percentage of their offers (more importantly, in A & B split testing, who yields the highest EPC's on the same offer), always responsive AM's, prompt payments, and an intelligent team of people running the network (you'll know why this is important if you work with enough networks).

Don't restrict yourself when you don't have to.

Quality ads! And yes, communication is important too, because sometimes managers are f-d up everything and you're waiting weeks for a normal respond.

good payouts and conversions, minimum shaving along with gr8 communication and customer support :D
that's all ;)
