What would you do ( EVEN if it is boring as hell or monotonous )

with 320 labor hours per month to yield the highest ROI - not ppc, lets say organic traffic only.

Review pages built for every popular aff offer?

Not sure what I should do with the labor exactly.

What would you do To yield the highest ROI?

I dunno, but if you got that many hours to work on something, you better get your ass in gear... maybe a local (or other?) directory????

I dunn- You're Kinda going back to the noobish "Tell me how to make money.... EXACTLY damnit"

Hate to call you out on it...

....I have 2 workers im about to hire, full time, I didn't ask for specifics at all, wtf ....

I was just looking for a general answer of which direction you would use the labor...

You're kinda new to this employer - employee thing, aren't you? Usually, an employer has a pretty specific reason for hiring someone BEFORE they actually do the hiring.

Your kids just have another birthday? Fuck Milking the cows and shoveling the hay... this is the information age. Get in the basement and code sites you little fuckers.

im just testing out another revenue stream. Thats it. I have money to invest and I want to learn :) Simple as that.

Send me $3200 a month and I'll sit around 10 and a half hours a day and pontificate for ya. :D

I wasn't expecting such a response..maybe ill have better luck tomorrow morning when people are sober .

I wouldn't count on it. I'm sober as a judge.

Man, go back and re-read what you've posted and try to see it from our perspective. You've asked a pretty vague question that simply begs for smart-assed answers.

Then, you said you're hiring 2 people without knowing what you're hiring them to do.

You may as well just lay your dick on the table and give everyone a hammer.

yeah maybe i need to sleep, i'v been sick all day, I was trying to just get answers like "content sites" or "black hat spamming" or just basically very vague directions that people would take the labor... I didn't need details at all, and I guess you are right, my post was a little confusing the way I laid it out. Trust me, the last thing im doing is trying to bed for info... I was just curious about people opinions on certain markets right now.

I'm sure you'll feel better in the morning and be able to construct a better question that will get better answers.

You could get them to post the same question you asked on a bunch of other forums and see what happens from there.

Just a suggestion.

If you are that clueless, for now, find a niche, make about 10 blogs, and tell them to post to it all day. At least they will be busy?

Who hires people without first knowing what the employee will be doing. Ass backwards.

Get busy yourself. Do the work. Study. Start working. When you can't keep up, THEN hire employees.

Save your money until you have specific jobs to put your labor on. So you end up making money from your investment.

Are they robots?
I'd get them to write 5 articles per hour = 1600 articles per month. Nice! :D

A bunch of you are being narrow minded here and making quick assumptions.

Consider this scenario: he has people ready to work for a small amount of money (for whatever reason) and has enough knowledge to realize that they could be employed for different activities with a good ROI. The only remaining question is, which exact activities. Would that be so hard to imagine ?!

I'm actually in a similar situation, where I have people with free time and no compatible projects, so in order to use the available resources, I'm actually creating sites & tasks on which they can work, in accordance with their skills. Is it "ass backwards" ? Only if you're not being creative enough.

To answer the original question...

If you have a strong content site, they can work on simple small satellite blogs in related niches, making posts by commenting the latest news. They can leave comments on related blogs, with links to your main site. They can make your myspace & facebook profiles. You can teach them the main things about directories and start a manual directory submission service. And so on...

Don't most blogs have no-follows?

A lot do but you can still get click-through traffic. Besides, who knows if the no follow tag really works? G says they don't follow those links but who's to say they're being honest? They've never proven themselves to be the most stand up organization.

At this point in time, I'm pretty sure Y and MSN and every other minor little SE disregards them. I wouldn't spend ALL my time posting links on no follow blogs but, a link is a link is a link, IMO.

I`d use them for link building, content writing, blog and comment posting. With 320h/m you can do some serious work which should result in some nice income in following months. Watch out though, slavery was officially ended in late 18th century ;)

cheers
