What to do with site?

Hoping to get some help here.

I have a website for a Canadian Sports team, I'm finding a hard time finding offers related to the sport to put on the site as they(the offers) would need to be available to Canada residents.

Non-related ads do not seem to generate much revenue either.

Any idea's on what to do with this?

I know there's a whole Canadian affiliate network. I've never looked at their offers but they might help. They're always at all the shows. I think they might be called Canadian Sponsors.

Honestly right now my stats are garbage, I haven't touched the site in a few months and wasn't sure if I should give up completely or give it another go
