I've cut a lot of projects for 2011 so I can focus on those that are making money. I do have one site though that generates some OK traffic but doesn't make money.
It's a video niche site (think failblog but specific to one niche) and it receives about 10,000 visitors a month. I can't put adsense on the site due to the content and in all honesty, I'm really not interested in working on the site anymore.
Do you think it's worth my time listing it on flippa even though it generates zero income? Some of the videos have 10's of thousands of views but I just don't see how it could make money and I'm too invested in my other projects to spend the time finding out how.
At the same time though, I don't want to just let it rot given the traffic it receives.
Any ideas? Toss it up on flippa or come back to it in 12 months time?
