Well, I'm writing a cloaking script for my site, and now
that I'm almost done, there is one very important part
that eludes me. And that supposed to be the most basic
ingredient in the mix!

Content. what do i display to the bots? Currently, I'm
extracting the keyword form my logs and creating dynamic
pages. Each cloaked page has links to other cloaked pages,
etc. Pulling content from article dirs, and rss feeds and not
possible as this is in an extremely niche field.

Should I display the same content throughout the site,
with keywords stuffed in them? Would that lead to a
keyword stuffing penalty?

Should I create bogus content, like for example pulling
random content from free sources, and keyword stuffing
them. Note that these sources will have nothing to do with
my niche. The keywords stuffing will be the only thing relating
to my niche.

OK I got your PM. Why don't you just write up a few articles on the subject (or outsource)? For each of the keyphrases you are targeting, write a different article, and then use dynamic keyword insertion wherever the keyphrase is.

OK, you PM'ed three KW's. For example - you write one article on picking bananas, one on peeling bananas, and one on eating bananas. So your article about picking bananas, where picking bananas would go, just insert the referring keyphrase. This way the article will be targeted to the specific topic matter they searched for, but you will also match exactly their query. Then just set up a simple parsing script to send the visitor to one of the three articles, depending on their query, and echo the KW throughout the article.

I just had another idea for content. Without revealing your niche, let's see... For some extra relevant content, pull RSS feeds/news stories from your niche - e.g., there is plenty of news coming out of that industry, and if you know anything about markov / getting unique content from existing content, mash some of this shit up. This way, you can auto update your site daily with news and stories from the industry, and there really is no ceiling on how far you can go here. Think about all the periferal stories you could chop up and post daily - this should help with keeping your site fresh. Keep in mind though that you are still targeting those 3 main KW's, but this should help fill out your site a little bit.

Keep in mind that I am not an expert on this, but I think these are some good ideas that should help you finish your site. :D

This help?
