Bought domain. Bought Hosting. 10/20/2011. Point Domain point to my hosting NS1, NS2.

Install Prosper.

Sometimes Prosper Shows Up. Sometimes Namecheap Parked Page.

What is this?!

I am confused as to whom I am to bitch at.

Is the DNS taking like forever to propagate.

What is this.

Mother of god, this has never happened always been like near instant if not instant.

Why does it switch from one thing to the other. Don't tease me like this

I'm like YAY! Ready to start sending traffic. But then SHAPOW Name Cheap Parked Page.

If the DNS is setup correctly: Please allow 48 hours for dns to propagate.

That's because your DNS has not propogated entirely.

All major ISP cache their own DNS records from the main zone file. The central zone file in itself usually updates every 20 minutes, however every ISP cache's synchronization is done after a set period of time (which in many cases can go upto 72 hours)

Try clearing your DNS cache - goto Start > Run > ipconfig /flushdns and see if it fixes your problem.
